Once we have received the beds, they are categorised by our employees to ensure a smooth workflow. Our experienced employees then dismantle the beds and take care of refurbishing the damaged components.
Our team is specialized in completing the beds with high-quality motors, side rails and transport holders to guarantee the renowned safety standards. We set great importance to quality and precision to ensure that the beds reach our customers in the best possible condition.
Our company, Hermann Bock GmbH, has a clear focus on quality and safety. That is why we categorise reclaimed beds into three different condition categories so that we can offer you a fair price for the provision of valuable resources.
The beds that we receive in category A are 100% complete and show only minor signs of use. We only utilise the latest technology for reconditioning and ensure that all safety criteria are met.
Category B beds are also in good condition, but with a few minor defects. They are almost complete, show moderate signs of use and may require minor repairs.
In contrast, beds in category C have significant defects. They are incomplete, heavily worn and do not meet the required safety standards. In this category, there is often a lack of available spare parts, and the beds are not state of the art.
Our aim at bock is to bring as many beds as possible up to category A standard. Through intensive overhauls and repairs - always taking cost/benefit considerations into account - we ensure that they meet the highest quality and safety standards. Only then can they be safely reintroduced to the EU market.
